切开挂线对口引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的关于切开挂线对口引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床效果探究。方法本文调查对象选择在我院进行治疗的68例高位复杂性肛瘘患者进行研究,随机分为两组,每组34例。观察组患者选择切开挂线对口引流术治疗,对照组患者常规治疗方案进行治疗,对两组患者治疗的效果进行评价和比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%(32/34),对照组为67.65%(23/34),P<0.05;经过不同的治疗以后,观察组的疼痛评分为(1.24±0.22)分,对照组为(3.16±1.04)分,P<0.05;比较两组患者经过不同治疗以后的直肠静吸压、肛管静息压和肛管最大收缩压,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论对高位复杂性肛瘘患者在治疗的时候应用切开挂线对口引流术治疗能够提升治疗的总有效率,缓解患者的疼痛,同时改善患者的肛肠动力学指标,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of open-to-mouth drainage for the treatment of high complex anal fistula.Methods In this article,the survey subjects selected 68 patients with high complex anal fistula treated in our hospital for research,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with incision and thread-hanging butt-to-mouth drainage,and the patients in the control group were treated with the conventional treatment plan.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared.Results The total effective rate was 94.12%(32/34)in the observation group and 67.65%(23/34)in the control group,P<0.05.After different treatments,the pain score of the observation group was(1.24±0.22).The control group was(3.16±1.04)points,P<0.05.The rectal endoscopic pressure,anal canal resting pressure and maximum systolic blood pressure of the two groups were compared after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions In patients with high complex anal fistula,the application of incision and thread-to-mouth drainage can improve the total effective rate of treatment,relieve the pain of patients,and improve the anorectal dynamics of patients.It is worth promoting.
