Colles骨折中医治疗与康复规范的临床探究

摘　　要：目的分析中医治疗与康复规范在Colles骨折患者临床干预中的效果,为促进患者康复寻找一种有效方法。方法选择我院于2020年3月至2021年3月间接收的62例Colles骨折患者,采用随机数字表法平均分组,两组患者接受手法复位与小夹板固定后,对照组患者接受西药治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗方案基础上接受中医治疗+康复规范干预,在治疗后对两组患者实施为期一个月的随访,了解康复情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者RUSS评分、VAS评分、腕功能优良率、腕关节肿胀情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在Colles骨折临床治疗干预阶段,采用中医治疗与康复规范干预方法具有可行性,该治疗方法可以快速改善躯体疼痛,促进腕功能修复,具有满意的临床疗效,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of TCM treatment and rehabilitation norms in the clinical intervention of Colles fracture patients,and to find an effective method to promote the rehabilitation of patients.Methods Sixty-two patients with Colles fracture received in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.After manual reduction and small splint fixation,the patients in the control group received western medicine treatment,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment+rehabilitation standard intervention on the basis of the treatment scheme of the control group,after treatment,the two groups were followed up for one month to understand the rehabilitation.Results After treatment,the RUSS score,VAS score,excellent and good rate of wrist function,and wrist swelling in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment intervention stage of Colles fracture,it is feasible to adopt the standardized intervention method of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and rehabilitation.This treatment method can quickly improve body pain and promote the repair of wrist function.It has satisfactory clinical curative effect and is worth popularizing.
