腔内泌尿外科技术治疗结石性脓肾的围手术期护理研究

摘　　要：目的研究腔内泌尿外科技术治疗结石性脓肾的围手术期护理对策与效果。方法摘选2019年3月至2020年3月,于我院行规范性腔内泌尿外科技术治疗的结石性脓肾患者76例,先随机抽取38例设为对照组,给予常规护理;其余38例设为研究组,加强围手术期护理,总结两组的护理效果。结果护理后,研究组的体温恢复时间、下床活动时间以及术后住院时间相较于对照组均明显更低(t=10.4046,t=5.1982,t=8.8101,P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率2.63%与对照组的18.42%相比明显更低(χ^(2)=5.0294,P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度100.00%与对照组的86.84%相比明显更高(χ^(2)=5.3521,P<0.05);且研究组的生理功能、社会功能以及精神状态等生活质量评分相较于对照组均明显更高(t=6.7867,t=7.5351,t=10.0068,P<0.05)。结论加强腔内泌尿外科手术治疗结石性脓肾患者的围手术期护理,可有效提升患者的综合疗效,减少术后并发症,更有利于患者疾病康复,提升患者的术后生活质量,建议临床对此护理方案进行积极推广和应用。Objective To study the perioperative nursing strategies and effects of endovascular urology in the treatment of calculous purulent kidney.Methods A selection of 76 patients with calculous purulent kidney who underwent standardized endovascular surgery in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected.First,38 cases were randomly selected as the control group and given routine care;The remaining 38 cases were set up as the study group to strengthen perioperative care and summarize the clinical results of the two groups.Results After nursing,the study group's body temperature recovery time,time to get out of bed,and postoperative hospital stay were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=10.4046,t=5.1982,t=8.8101,P<0.05);the study group after operation the complication rate of 2.63%was significantly lower than 18.42%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.0294,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate of 100.00%in the study group was significantly higher than that of 86.84%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.3521,P<0.05);and the quality of life scores of the study group,such as physiological function,social function,and mental state,were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=6.7867,t=7.5351,t=10.0068,P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the perioperative care of patients with calculous purulent kidney by endovascular surgery can effectively improve the comprehensive curative effect of the patient,reduce postoperative complications,and be more conducive to the recovery of the patient's disease and improve the quality of life of the patient after surgery.Clinical treatment is recommended.This nursing program is actively promoted and applied.
