美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常患者的优质护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析观察优质护理在美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常患者的临床效果。方法对2017年6月至2018年6月,来我院治疗的100例冠心病心律失常的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均50例。两组患者用药美托洛尔,同时分别实施优质护理与常规护理,并对护理效果加以比较。结果①经护理之后,观察组的整体护理满意度都比对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②护理之后,观察组患者的焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪都得到改善,但观察组的改善效果明显比对照组更为理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③观察组护理之后的不良事件发生率比对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年冠心病心律失常患者接受美托洛尔治疗的过程中,为其提供优质护理可明显改善患者临床症状,调节患者情绪状态,具有较好的临床应用效果。Objective To analyze and observe the clinical effect of high-quality nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia with metoprolol.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,100 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia who came to our hospital for treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in both groups.Metoprolol was administered to the two groups of patients,and high-quality nursing and routine nursing were performed at the same time,and the nursing effects were compared.Results(1)After nursing,the overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After nursing,the anxiety and depression of the observation group were both It has been improved,but the improvement effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The incidence of adverse events in the observation group after nursing is significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference sas statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia receiving metoprolol treatment,providing them with high-quality care can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,regulate the emotional state of the patients,and have a good clinical application effect.
