延伸护理在心力衰竭合并心律失常患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析延伸护理在心力衰竭合并心律失常患者中的临床应用效果。方法以2019年3月至2020年3月我院收治的86例心力衰竭合并心律失常患者为对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例,对照组实施常规护理针,观察组实施延伸护理,比较两组的生命体征、护理效果以及护理满意度。结果观察组出院后的心率、舒张压以及收缩压水平均较对照组均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的按时用药、疾病知识、饮食健康以及合理运动评分情况为(8.12±1.02)、(7.47±1.34)、(7.69±1.28)、(7.17±1.26)分,较对照组的(4.03±1.54)、(3.92±1.63)、(3.71±1.57)、(3.28±1.49)分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组非常满意24例,一般满意17例,不满意2例,对照组非常满意15例,一般满意19例,不满意9例,观察组的护理满意度(95.35%)较对照组(79.07%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延伸护理能调节心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的生命体征,提高护理效果,患者满意度较高。Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of extended nursing for patients with heart failure and arrhythmia.Methods A total of 86 patients in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the objects,43 cases in each group were randomly selected as the observation group and the control group.Routine nursing was applied to the control group,and extended nursing was applied to the observation group.The vital signs,nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed to evaluate the nursing effect.Results The heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after discharge,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The scores of medication on time,disease knowledge,diet health and reasonable exercise scores in the observation group(8.12±1.02),(7.47±1.34),(7.69±1.28),(7.17±1.26)were higher than those in the control group(4.03±1.54),(3.92±1.63),(3.71±1.57),(3.28±1.49),with statistical difference(P<0.05).In the observation group,24 cases were very satisfied,17 cases were generally satisfied and 2 cases were not satisfied.The control group showed 15 cases were very satisfied,19 cases were generally satisfied and 9 cases were not satisfied.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(95.35%)was higher than that of the control group(79.07%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended nursing can regulate the vital signs of patients with heart failure complicated with arrhythmia,improve the nursing effect and increase the satisfaction.
