彩涂线新增张力矫直机的改造实践与效果

摘　　要：针对马钢1号彩涂线因为原料板形不佳造成成材率降低、钢卷回退和空放量较大等问题,分析了可以通过新增张力矫直机等措施改善板形。通过实验验证了缩短清洗段有效长度的合理性和可能性。最终通过拆除和改造部分清洗段设备、在清洗段新增张力矫直机和张紧辊的方法,改善了原料板形、提高了机组成材率、解决了钢卷回退和空放量较大问题。There are some problems existing in Masteel No.1 color coating line,eaused bad raw material profile,such as low yield,coil rewinding and big empty volume.The measures to improve profile are analyzed,such as adding tension straightener.The rationality and possibility of shortening the effective length of cleaning section are verified by experiments.Finally,the raw material profile is improved through dismantling and modify ing part of cleaning section equipment,adding tension straightener and tension roll.The yield of the unit is increased,and coil rewinding and big empty volume are solved.
