摘 要:为了减小电弧对触头的侵蚀,有效地提高开关电器工作的可靠性和寿命,基于磁流体动力学模型,建立空气电弧二维轴对称稳态模型,仿真分析了100%Air(纯空气)以及80%Air-20%Cu蒸气(摩尔分数80%空气混合摩尔分数20%Cu蒸气,以下类同)、80%Air-20%Fe和80%Air-20%尼龙6(polyamide 6,PA6)蒸气下空气电弧特性,得到了4种不同气体组分下电弧分布的共性表现和不同的温度、速度、压力以及电势特征。仿真结果表明:电弧的分布呈钟罩型,温度、速度、压力和电势差的最大值均出现在阴极弧芯附近;与100%Air中电弧相比,80%Air-20%Cu、80%Air-20%Fe和80%Air-20%PA6蒸气下电弧的整体温度、压力和电势差均减小,速度增大。In order to reduce the erosion of the contact by the arc and improve the reliability and life of switching appliances effectively,this paper establishes a two-dimensional axisymmetric steady-state model of the air arc based on the magnetohydrodynamic model,and simulates and analyzes the air arc characteristics under 100%Air(pure air)and 80%Air-20%Cu vapor(molar fraction 80%air mixed with molar fraction 20%Cu vapor,the following are similar),80%Air-20%Fe and 80%Air-20%nylon 6(polyamide6,PA6)vapor.The common performance of arc distribution and the characteristics of different temperature,velocity,pressure,and potential under the four different gas components are obtained.The simulation results show that the distribution of arc is in the shape of bell jar,and the maximum temperature,velocity,pressure and potential difference of arc appear near the cathode arc core.Compared with 100%Air,the overall temperature,pressure and potential difference of the arc for the vapours of 80%Air-20%Cu、80%Air-20%Fe and 80%Air-20%PA6 decrease and the velocity increases.
