摘 要:断路器的分闸速度对断路器的工作性能和使用寿命均有重要的影响,但高压断路器分闸速度过大,导致传统速度检测方法存在较大误差。为实现断路器分闸过程高精度速度检测,针对252 kV高速断路器中新型操动机构,运用基于序列图像的方法检测斥力盘机械运动特性,从而得到触头的分闸速度。首先利用高速相机采集分闸过程中斥力阀的序列图像,通过LabVIEW软件对斥力盘运动过程图像进行预处理,在此基础上建立坐标系对图像中斥力盘位置定位,最后将图像处理方法和2种传统速度检测方法的结果进行对比,分析3种方法检测分闸速度的曲线。研究结果表明:利用图像处理方法对速度进行检测相比于传统的速度检测方法具有更高的精准度和灵敏度,可以解决由于斥力阀运动速度过快导致传统测速方法检测误差较大的问题。The opening speed of the circuit breaker has an important influence on the performance and service life of the circuit breaker,but the opening speed of the high-voltage circuit breaker causes a large error in the traditional speed detection method.In order to achieve high-precision speed detection in the opening process of the circuit breaker,this article uses a method based on sequence image to detect the mechanical movement characteristics of the repulsion plate for the new operating mechanism in the 252 kV high-speed circuit breaker,so as to obtain the opening speed of the contact.It firstly uses a high-speed camera to collect the sequence images of the repulsion valve during the opening process,and then preprocesses the images through LabVIEW software.On this basis,a coordinate system is established to locate the position of the repulsion disk in the images.Finally,it compares the results of two traditional speed detection methods and this image processing method,and analyses the curves of the three methods to detect the opening speed.The research results show that the speed detection based on image processing has higher accuracy and sensitivity than traditional speed detection methods,and can solve the problem of large detection errors caused by traditional speed detection methods due to the excessively fast movement of the repulsive valve.
