摘  要:具有复杂结构的机械式直流断路器,很容易在地震作用下产生较大的结构内力,导致其结构破坏发生故障。针对此,为了得到机械式直流断路器在9级地震烈度下的抗震特性,以160 kV机械式直流断路器为分析对象,通过软件建立三维实体模型,导入有限元分析软件进行模态仿真分析,得到机械式直流断路器的前8阶非零固有频率;然后进行在9级地震烈度的地震作用下的响应谱分析,得到机械式直流断路器的等效应力和位移云图;根据分析结果改进机械式直流断路器。仿真结果表明:机械式直流断路器的动力学特性较为复杂,模态振型具有多样性;在9级地震烈度的地震激励下,改进后的机械式直流断路器外壳材料满足抗震强度要求。For those combined apparatus with complex structures such as mechanical DC circuit breakers,it is easy to generate large structural internal force under the action of earthquake,which may cause structural damages and faults in the DC power grid.In order to obtain anti-seismic performances of the 9-level seismic intensity of the mechanical DC circuit breaker,the 160 kV mechanical DC circuit breaker was used as the analysis object,a three-dimensional solid model was established,and the finite element analysis software was introduced for modal simulation analysis,so as to obtain the first 8-order non-zero natural frequency of the mechanical DC circuit breaker.Then the response spectrum analysis under the earthquake action of the magnitude 9-level earthquake intensity was performed to obtain the equivalent stress and directional displacement cloud images of the mechanical DC circuit breaker.The results show that the dynamic characteristics of mechanical DC circuit breaker are relatively complex and the modal vibration modes are diverse.Under the excitation of magnitude 9-level earthquake intensity,the improved mechanical DC circuit breaker can meet the requirements for anti-seismic strength.
