摘  要:以某330 MW发电机组煤粉锅炉为研究对象,利用CFD数值模拟研究掺配不同比例半干化污泥对炉内燃烧、流场及烟气主要组分分布及污染物排放特性的影响。结果表明:涡耗散模型(EDM)能较好地模拟污泥中H2O对锅炉燃烧及污染物排放特性的影响,随着污泥掺配比例的增加,H2O吸热蒸发造成炉膛整体温度水平下降,烟气中H2O和NOx随着污泥掺配比例的增加而升高,在掺配10%比例污泥工况下,采用正宝塔配风方式时NOx排放量最低。Taking a 330 MW power generation unit pulverized coal boiler as the research object,CFD numerical simulation method was used to study the effects of different proportions of semi-dried sludge on combustion,flow field,distribution of main components of flue gas and pollutant emission characteristics in the boiler.The results showed that:the eddy dissipation model(EDM)can well simulate the influence of H2O in sludge on boiler combustion and pollutant emission characteristics.With the increase of sludge mixing proportion,the overall temperature level of boiler is decreased due to H2O endothermic evaporation,and the H2O and NOx in flue gas increase with the increase of sludge mixing proportion.When the sludge mixing proportion is 10%,the NOx emission is the lowest in the air distribution mode of the pagoda.
