超高性能混凝土(UHPC)外墙挂板的制作工艺研究

摘　　要：近几年来,随着装配式建筑在全国范围内的不断发展,装配式外墙尤其是对新型墙体材料、轻量化、绿色节能的预制外墙板的应用需求量不断增加。本文介绍了一种轻质高强的预制外墙板——超高性能混凝土外墙挂板,其具有良好的力学性能和耐久性能及装饰效果,将其用于建筑幕墙中对实现建筑设计轻量化、个性化设计提供了材料基础,但其制作工艺目前尚未成熟。本文从超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的外墙挂板的构造设计、生产工艺两方面进行研究,为类似工程提供了生产和应用技术参考。In recent years,with the continuous development of prefabricated buildings in the whole country,the application demand for prefabricated exterior walls,especially for new wall materials,lightweight,green and energy-saving prefabricated exterior wall panels,has been increasing.This paper introduces an ultra-high performance concrete,which has good mechanical performance,durability and decorative effect,which is used for the building design,but its production process is not mature.This paper studies the structural design and production process of super high performance concrete(UHPC),and provides technical reference for similar engineering.
