摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,建设数字档案室已成为水利行业数字化发展的必然要求。分析了全国水利勘测设计行业数字化档案管理建设的设计、思路、实施难点和发展现状,结合广东省水利电力勘测设计研究院有限公司主导构建的国家示范性数字化档案室的具体实施方案,对水利勘测设计行业的数字化档案建设提出设计与实施的思路和方法。Along with rapid development of information technology,establishment of digital archives has become an inevitable requirement for the digitalization of the water sector.Through analysis of difficulties with design and management of digital archives,ideas and methodologies are proposed for design and implementation in the construction of digital archives for national water resources survey and design industries,with typical example of national pilot projects conducted mainly by the Guangdong Water&Electric Power Reconanssance and Design Institute Co.,Ltd.
