摘 要:为提升聚丙烯腈(PAN)中空纤维膜对亚甲基蓝染料(MB)的去除率,以聚丙烯腈为成膜组分,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,采用湿法纺丝法制备中空纤维膜,以所得中空纤维膜为基膜,经氢氧化钠溶液水解以及Fe^(2+)络合处理,制得改性中空纤维膜,并将其用于处理含亚基蓝水体;利用热场发射扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱仪对改性前后中空纤维膜形貌和元素变化进行分析,利用X-射线衍射仪鉴别内表面颗粒状物质的成分。结果表明:改性处理可降低中空纤维膜的孔隙率,由改性前的72.4%降至39.1%;同时赋予中空纤维膜催化过氧化氢氧化去除MB的能力,循环使用30次后,中空纤维膜对MB的去除率仍达90.5%,MB水溶液通量为11.4 L/(m^(2)·h)。In order to enhance the efficiency of polyacrylonitrile(PAN) hollow fiber membrane to remove methylene blue(MB) from water, PAN and N, N-dimethylformamide were used as membrane-forming component and solvent to prepare hollow fiber membrane by wet spinning, and the as-spun hollow fiber membrane was used as a membrane substrate to fabricate iron oxide modified hollow fiber membrane by sodium hydroxide solution hydrolysis and Fe^(2+) coordination. The morphology and elemental changes of hollow fiber membranes before and after modification were analyzed by thermal field emission scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spec-troscopy, and the composition of particles on its inner surface was identified using X-ray diffractometer. The results showed that modification treatment could reduce the porosity of the hollow fiber membrane from 72.4% before modification to 39.1%;at the same time, it gived the hollow fiber membrane the ability to catalyze hydrogen peroxide to oxidatively remove MB. After 30 cycles, the removal efficiency of MB was still up to 90.5%, and the flux of MB aqueous solution was 11.4 L/(m^(2)·h).
