当归芍药散联合低分子肝素治疗复发性流产的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究当归芍药散联合低分子肝素治疗复发性流产的效果。方法100例复发性流产患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组采用当归芍药散联合低分子肝素治疗,对照组采用低分子肝素治疗。比较两组治疗前后血小板计数、D-二聚体、雌二醇、孕酮、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平,绒毛膜下血肿及临床症状的有效率和消失率。结果治疗后,两组D-二聚体水平均低于治疗前,且观察组D-二聚体水平(162.6±38.6)μg/L低于对照组的(242.9±41.7)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血小板计数治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组雌二醇、孕酮、β-HCG均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组绒毛膜下血肿及临床症状的有效率和消失率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当归芍药散联合低分子肝素治疗复发性流产有助于改善临床指标,提高保胎成功率。Objective To study the effect of Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with low-molecularweight heparin on recurrent miscarriage.Methods A total of 100 patients with recurrent miscarriage were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 50 cases.The observation group was treated with Danggui Shaoyao Powder in combination with low-molecular-weight heparin,and the control group was treated with low-molecular-weight heparin.Both groups were compared in terms of platelet count,D-dimer,estradiol,progesterone,β-subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)levels before and after treatment,effective rate and disappearance rate of subchorionic hematoma and clinical symptoms.Results After treatment,the D-dimer levels of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the observation group[(162.6±38.6)μg/L]was lower than the control group[(242.9±41.7)μg/L];all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in platelet count between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol,progesterone andβ-HCG in the two groups were higher than those of this group before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate and disappearance rate of subchorionic hematoma and clinical symptoms in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Shaoyao Powder in combination with low-molecular-weight heparin for recurrent miscarriage can effectively improve the clinical indicators and improve the success rate of fetal preservation.
