摘　　要：本文从近年来深圳乃至粤港澳大湾区产业园区智能化发展现状出发,结合新一代产业园区及产城融合实际案例,综合分析了产业园区新型基础设施总体规划、系统布置及既有硬件改造等方面的问题,详细论述了针对上述问题的改进策略及实施建议。智能化提升的总体策略是充分借鉴互联网+战略思维,以基础设施领域的实践经验助力推动整体工业迈入4.0新时代。具体实施路径包括:布局智能化硬件设施,构建多功能全天候环境智能监测平台系统;通过改造升级市政能源信息接口,实现远程数据实时上传;保障园区应急管理信息接驳城市集中管理平台;智能化的车流及停车管理;等等。借助智能硬件及管理软件的不断完善与相互协同,助力新型产业园区在高质量发展的道路上不断前进。Based on the current situation of intellectual development of industrial zones in Shen Zhen and the Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area, and the actual cases of city-industry integration, this paper comprehensively analyzes the infrastructures’ overall plans, systematic layouts and the transformation of the existing hardware in industrial zones. In addition, it proposes the corresponding improvement measure in detail. With reference to the Internet Plus strategic thinking, this paper aims for the promotion of the industry entering into the 4.0 new era. The specific implementation ways include: devising the intellectual hardware facilities;constructing multifunctional and intelligent environmental detection system of 24 hours a day;timely transmission of remote data through updating municipal energy management interface;ensuring the connection between emergency management information and urban centralized management platform;intelligent traffic flow and parking management, etc. The continuous improvement and cooperation of intellectual hardware and management software will be helpful for the high-quality development of industrial zones.
