摘  要:为了探究黑穗醋栗杂交后代叶片和果实性状的遗传倾向,以黑穗醋栗品种‘布劳德’和‘晚丰’及其正反交后代群体为试验材料,对叶片和果实性状进行调查分析。结果表明:杂交后代叶片大小和叶柄长度的平均值分别为123.05 cm^(2)和6.29 cm,均小于亲中值,表现为趋小的遗传倾向。杂交后代果形指数平均值为0.971,高于亲中值,遗传传递力为101.63%,变异系数为4.48%,表现为变大的遗传倾向。单粒质量和可溶性固形物的平均值分别为1.20 g和14.26%,均小于亲中值,表现为趋中偏小的遗传倾向。杂交后代叶片和果实性状均出现不同程度的变异。本研究将为黑穗醋栗杂交育种工作中亲本的选择、杂交后代不同性状的预测及新品种的选育提供理论参考。In order to explore the genetic tendency of leaf and fruit characters of black currant hybrid progeny,black currant cultivars’Brodtorp’and’Wanfeng’and their reciprocal cross generations were used as the experimental materials,leaf and fruit characters were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that the average leaf size and petiole length of hybrid progenies were 123.05 cm^(2) and 6.29 cm,respectively,which were smaller than the mid-parent value,showed a genetic tendency to be smaller.The average fruit shape index of hybrid progenies was0.971,which was higher than the mid-parent value,the genetic transmitting ability was 101.63%,and the coefficient of variation was 4.48%,showed a genetic tendency to be larger.The average of single fruit weight and soluble solids content were 1.20 g and 14.26%,respectively,which were lower than the mid-parent value,showed a genetic tendency of middle to small.The leaf and fruit characters of hybrid progenies showed different degrees of variation.This study will provide a theoretical reference for the selection of parents the prediction of different characters of hybrid progenies and the breeding of new variety.
