摘  要:为了探究永磁电机在叶轮增氧机上的应用效果,了解配备永磁电机的叶轮增氧机的增氧性能,依据“SC/T 6009-1999增氧机增氧能力试验方法”检测程序,以增氧机标准水池作为试验平台,将配套三相异步电机型式的传统叶轮增氧机与配套永磁电机的永磁叶轮增氧机进行试验比对,通过影响叶轮增氧机增氧效果的影响因素叶轮直径、叶轮空转转速进行探究。研究结果表明,采用永磁电机的叶轮增氧机整体增氧性能与传统的相比,增氧能力水平相当,动力效率高于传统叶轮增氧机。在同一增氧能力水平下,永磁叶轮增氧机输入功率相对较低,动力效率较高。对于同一增氧机,叶轮直径越大、空转转速越高,增氧能力越高,动力效率相对降低。In order to explore the application effect of permanent magnet motors on impeller aerators and understand the aeration performance of impeller aerators equipped with permanent magnet motors,according to the test procedure of"SC/T 6009-1999 Test Method for Aeration Ability of Aerators".The standard pool of the aerator is used as the test platform.The traditional impeller aerator of the three-phase asynchronous motor type and the permanent magnet impeller aerator of the permanent magnet motor are tested and compared,and the effect of the aeration effect of the impeller aerator is affected.Factors such as the diameter of the impeller and the idling speed of the impeller are investigated.The research results show that the overall aeration performance of the impeller aerator with a permanent magnet motor is comparable to that of the traditional impeller aerator,the level of aeration capacity is equivalent,and the power efficiency is higher than that of the traditional impeller aerator.Under the same level of aeration capacity,the input power of the permanent magnet impeller aerator is relatively low,and the power efficiency is high.For the same aerator,the larger the impeller diameter and the higher the idling speed,the higher the aeration capacity and the relatively lower power efficiency.
