摘  要:碳酸二甲酯(DMC)合成过程中的产品分离工艺主要用于反应精馏塔塔顶碳酸二甲酯和甲醇共沸物的分离。共沸物的分离方法主要有萃取精馏法、加压精馏法、低温结晶法和共沸精馏法。本文主要采用萃取精馏法和加压精馏法进行产品的分离和提纯,通过试验条件的摸索,探索出优化的分离条件及萃取剂。在萃取精馏中,乙酸异戊酯作为萃取剂较邻二甲苯效果好,可作为优选萃取剂使用。在加压精馏中,1.4 MPa下釜温235℃时效果最佳,能得到99.8 wt%的DMC,达到分离共沸物的目的。The product separation process in the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate(DMC)is mainly used for the separation of dimethyl carbonate and methanol azeotrope at the top of reactive distillation tower.The separation methods of azeotrope mainly include extractive distillation,pressurized distillation,low temperature crystallization and azeotropic distillation.In this paper,extractive distillation method and pressurized distillation method were mainly used for the separation and purification of products.Through the exploration of experimental conditions,the optimized separation conditions and extraction agent were explored.In extractive distillation,isoamyl acetate as extractant has better effect than o-xylene,and can be used as the preferred extractant.In pressurized distillation,the effect is the best when the reactor temperature is 235℃at 1.4 MPa,and 99.8 wt%dimethyl carbonate can be obtained,which can achieve the purpose of separating azeotrope.
