甲基强的松龙对小儿急性肾炎临床疗效、病程及不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析甲基强的松龙对小儿急性肾炎临床疗效、病程及不良反应的影响。方法选择2018年2月-2019年2月本院收治的100例急性肾炎患儿,按随机数表分为两组,对照组50例采用常规西药治疗,研究组50例在对照组基础上使用甲基强的松龙治疗,对两组临床疗效、病程及不良反应进行比较。结果研究组临床总有效率92.00%比对照组76.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血压恢复正常时间、蛋白质消失时间、水肿消失时间、肉眼血尿消失时间均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将甲基强的松龙应用于急性肾炎患儿,可减轻患儿临床症状,减少其不良反应发生,应用效果显著,临床上值得推广使用。Objective:To analyze the effect of methylprednisolone on the clinical efficacy,course and adverse reactions of acute nephritis in children.Methods:One hundred children with acute nephritis admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 50 patients in the control group treated with conventional western medicine,and 50 patients in the study group treated with methylprednisolone on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,course of disease and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 92.00%in the study group,which was higher than 76.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The blood pressure recovery time,protein disappearance time,edema disappearance time and gross hematuria disappearance time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of methylprednisolone in children with acute nephritis can reduce the clinical symptoms of children and the occurrence of adverse reactions.The application effect is significant,and it is worth promoting in clinical use.
