电石渣处理冶金废水产物二水硫酸钙的研究

摘　　要：为了提高电石渣与黄金冶炼废水反应产物中二水硫酸钙的质量分数,进行了产物中二水硫酸钙质量分数的影响因素研究。结果表明:废水中重金属离子对二水合硫酸钙产量的影响因素由大到小次序为:铝离子、锌离子、三价铁离子、镉离子,废水中铝离子浓度越低则产物中二水硫酸钙质量分数越高;电石渣中氢氧化钙质量分数越高,产物中二水硫酸钙质量分数越高;当温度为50℃,二水硫酸钙的粒径最大,即二水硫酸钙的品质最高。In order to increase the mass fraction of calcium sulfate dihydrate in the reaction product of calcium carbide slag and gold smelting wastewater,the influence factors of calcium sulfate dihydrate in the product were studied.The results showed that the descending order of influence factors of heavy metal ions in wastewater on the yield of calcium sulfate dihydrate was as follows:aluminum ions,zinc ions,ferric ions,cadmium ions.The lower the concentration of aluminum ions in wastewater,the higher the mass fraction of calcium sulfate dihydrate in the product.The higher the mass fraction of calcium hydroxide in calcium carbide slag,the higher the mass fraction of calcium sulfate dihydrate in product.When the temperature was 50℃,the particle size of calcium sulfate dihydrate was the largest,that was,the quality of calcium sulfate dihydrate was the highest.
