摘 要:为了探究富里酸浓度对反应器脱氮能力的敏感性,采用接续实验的方式,分别向反应器内加入5、50、80以及100 mg·L^(-1)富里酸,结果显示,5 mg·L^(-1)的富里酸对反应器内脱氮效果具有促进作用,总氮去除率达到86.21%,EPS总量上升至111.98 mg·g^(-1) VSS,PS/PN数值下降至1.49,水相和菌体信号分子质量浓度分别上升至2.07 ng·L^(-1)和251.23 ng·L^(-1)。50 mg·L^(-1)的富里酸加入后反应器脱氮效果的促进作用增强,总氮去除率达到87.19%,EPS总量上升至128.84 mg·g^(-1) VSS,PS/PN数值降至1.41,信号分子质量浓度上升至4.45和362.36 ng·L^(-1)。80、100 mg·L^(-1)的富里酸加入后对脱氮效果产生了抑制作用,总氮去除率降低至59.87%,EPS总量上升至167.66,PS/PN数值上升至0.217,信号分子浓度上升至7.97和478.45 ng·L^(-1)。In order to explore the sensitivity of fulvic acid concentration to the denitrification ability of the reactor,a continuous experiment was adopted to add 5,50,80,100 mg·L^(-1) fulvic acid to the reactor.The results showed that,adding 5 mg·L^(-1) fulvic acid had promoting effect on the denitrification effect in the reactor.The total nitrogen removal rate reached 86.21%,the total amount of EPS rose to 111.98 mg·g^(-1) VSS,the PS/PN value dropped to 1.49,and the water phase and bacterial cell signal molecular concentration rose to 2.07 ng·L^(-1) and 251.23 ng·L^(-1),respectively.After 50 mg·L^(-1) fulvic acid was added,the denitrification effect of the reactor was enhanced.The total nitrogen removal rate reached 87.19%,the total amount of EPS rose to 128.84 mg·g^(-1) VSS,the PS/PN value fell to 1.41,and the signal molecule concentration rose to 4.45 ng·L^(-1) and 362.36 ng·L^(-1).The addition of 80 mg·L^(-1) and 100 mg·L^(-1) fulvic acid had inhibitory effect on the denitrification effect.The total nitrogen removal rate was reduced to 59.87%,the total amount of EPS rose to 167.66,the PS/PN value rose to 0.217,and the signal molecule concentration rose to 7.97 ng·L^(-1) and 478.45 ng·L^(-1).
