含大麻叶提取物的女士护理液的制备及功效研究

摘　　要：目的:提供一种工业化制备含大麻叶提取物的女士护理液的方法。方法:工业大麻花叶预处理及干燥,乙醇提取后真空减压浓缩、超低温脱脂脱蜡、脱色后,分子蒸馏,得到质量分数25%~35%的大麻二酚(cannabidiol,CBD)全谱油。通过工业制备高效液相色谱系统精准分离,先用40%~60%的乙醇溶液平衡,再用50%~85%乙醇溶液洗脱5~10倍柱体积,然后再用50%~85%的乙醇溶液洗脱5~10倍柱体积洗脱目标成分,收集富含目标成分的洗脱液,得到CBD组分富集液;根据洗脱液中CBD图谱,准确把前杂、CBD组分富集液切到不同的储罐,得到CBD组分富集液。真空减压浓缩后,得到CBD质量分数为40%~60%的精制CBD广谱油。按原料配比称重各项原料。将A相原料和B相原料按步骤分别投入搅拌锅中,搅拌至透明溶液,检测合格后出料,即得含大麻叶提取物的女士护理液。结果:该方法所制备的含大麻叶提取物的女士护理液有良好的抗金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用。结论:该方法可成功制备含大麻叶提取物的女士护理液,方法简单,适合工业化大规模生产。To provide an industrialized clean method for preparing lip moisturizing gel containing hemp leaf extract,the industrial hemp leaves were pretreated and dried.After ethanol extraction,they were concentrated under vacuum pressure,dewaxed under ultra-low temperature,and decolorized.After molecular distillation,the cannabidiol(CBD)full spectrum oil with 25%~35%mass fraction was obtained.The industrial preparation of high performance liquid chromatography system was used for accurate separation.First 40%~60%ethanol solution was used to balance,then 50%~85%ethanol solution was used to elute 5~10 times column volume,and then 50%~85%ethanol solution was used to elute 5~10 times column volume to elute target components.The eluent rich in target components was collected,and the CBD component enrichment solution was obtained.According to the CBD map of the eluent,the enrichment solutions of the fore miscellaneous and CBD components were accurately cut into different tanks.CBD enrichment solution was obtained.Refined CBD broad-spectrum oil with 40%~60%CBD mass fraction was obtained by vacuum distillation.All raw materials were weighed according to the ratio of raw materials.The A-phase raw materials and B-phase raw materials were put into the stirring pot step by step,and stirred to transparent solution.After qualified testing,the ladies’nursing solution containing hemp leaf extract was obtained.The ladies’nursing solution containing cannabis leaf extract prepared by this method has good antibacterial effect against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.The method can be used to prepare ladies’nursing solution containing hemp leaf extract successfully.The method is simple and suitable for large-scale industrial production.
