摘 要:海上平台各类结构物长期暴露高盐雾和高紫外线照射的恶劣的海洋大气环境中,腐蚀环境极其恶劣,易发生外部腐蚀。由于锌耐腐蚀、黏附力强、易涂敷并具有电化学保护等优点,在海洋平台上发挥着越来越重要的作用。对粉末渗锌工艺的技术原理和特点进行了阐述分析,以供后续工程建设参考。All kinds of offshore platform structures are exposed to the harsh marine atmospheric environment of high salt fog and high ultraviolet radiation for a long time,and the corrosion environment is extremely harsh,which is prone to external corrosion.Zinc plays an increasingly important role in offshore platforms due to its corrosion resistance,strong adhesion,easy coating and electrochemical protection.In this paper,the technical principle and characteristics of powder zincification process were expounded and analyzed,so as to provide reference for subsequent engineering construction.
