摘  要:探索聚表二元复合体系乳状液对最终采收率的影响及其机理。采用界面张力仪测量聚表二元体系与原油之间的界面张力,利用非均质岩心开展聚表二元驱物理模拟实验,借助于激光纳米粒度仪和稳定性分析仪分别得到乳状液粒径分布图和稳定动力学指数。结果表明:油水界面张力取决于复合体系表面活性剂浓度,且随其浓度增加而降低;界面张力越低,乳状液的初始乳化效果越好。当表面活性剂浓度为2000 mg/L时,采出液中乳滴粒径小、分散均匀,乳状液最稳定,流度控制能力最强,采收率达51.7%。乳状液类型及其稳定性影响最终采收率,而界面张力不是决定性因素,聚表二元驱O/W型乳状液在一定条件下能有效提高最终采收率。In order to explore the effect and mechanism of Surfactant/Polymer(SP)emulsion on ultimate oil recovery,the interfacial tension meter was used to measure the interfacial tensions between the binary systems and the crude oil,and the physical simulation experiments of binary flooding were carried out with the heterogeneous cores.With the help of laser nanoparticle sizer and stability analyzer,emulsion particle size distribution and stability kinetic index(TSI)were obtained,respectively.The results show that,the oil-water interfacial tension depends on the surfactant concentration and decreases with the increase of its concentration,the lower the interfacial tension,the better the initial emulsification effect of the emulsion.When the surfactant concentration is 2000 mg/L,the emulsion droplets in the produced fluid are of the smallest particle size and dispersed evenly,the emulsion is the most stable,the fluidity control ability is the best,and the recovery rate can reach 51.7%.The type of emulsion and its stability affect the ultimate oil recovery,while the interfacial tension is not a decisive factor.The O/W emulsion of binary flooding can effectively improve the ultimate oil recovery under certain conditions.
