摘　　要：环境内分泌干扰物具有干扰体内分泌物质、破坏机体稳定性和调控作用。邻苯二甲酸二乙基己酯(DEHP)是一种人工合成的化学物质且具有干扰内分泌的作用,对动物和人类的健康具有一定的毒性。介绍了环境内分泌干扰物和DEHP,概述了近些年来DEHP对哺乳动物生殖毒性及机制等方面的研究成果,并进行了总结和展望,为进一步研究DEHP的毒理作用提供理论依据,也为防治环境性激素污染提供理论依据。Environmental endocrine disruptors can interfer endocrine substances,and damage the stability and regulation of the body.DEHP is a synthetic chemical,and has an effect of endocrine interference,which has toxic effects on animal and human health.This paper firstly introduces environmental endocrine disruptors and DEHP,then outlines the achievements of DEHP in reproductive toxicity and mechanism,and summarizes these researches.The results can provide references for further study of the toxicological role of DEHP and the prevention and control of environmental hormone pollution.
