定边县2019年国民体质监测身体形态指标分析

摘　　要：依据国家学生体质健康测试标准以及国民体质监测中身体形态评价指标,对定边县20岁以上成年人的身体形态进行测试与分析。结果表明:2019年定边县成年人的身高随年龄增长而逐步降低,整体身高均数水平高于全国平均水平;各年龄段男性体重随年龄的增长而逐步增加,整体平均体重高于全国平均水平,肥胖情况较为严重。通过BMI分析,发现定边县过重、肥胖和非常肥胖三大类别的人数逐渐增加,尤其是老年肥胖的情况较为严重。倡导定边县成年人应积极开展体育锻炼,大力宣传全民健身,为我国迈向体育强国打下坚实的群众基础。According to the national students physical health test standard and the national physique monitoring evaluation index,the body shape of adults aged over 20 from Dingbian County were selected for testmg and analysis.The results show that the Dingbian County 2019 adult height gradually decrease along with age,the average height is higher than the national average;Male of all ages have their weight increase with aging,with severe obesity issue.Through the analysis of BMI in Dingbian County,the number of people suffering overweight,obesity and severe obesity.Suggestions are proposed to carry out physical exercise,vigorously promote the national fitness,and lay a solid mass foundation for our country to be a greater sports power.
