摘 要:围绕基坑周边建筑物沉降监测,对观测数据进行处理得到基坑垂直位移相对、绝对沉降量和沉降速率,通过绘制变形过程曲线和回归分析,预测变形的趋势,将沉降量和沉降速率与限值进行比较。建筑物在施工过程中发生的垂直位移变形均在允许值范围内,直至所有施工工序完毕,基坑周边环境及建筑物均未出现明显的位移和沉降。所以,建筑物的垂直位移变形在施工期间是安全稳定的,工程的设计方案和施工方法是可靠合理的。Relative,absolute and settlement rate of vertical displacement of foundation pit are obtained by processing observation data around settlement monitoring of buildings around foundation pit.Deformation trend is predicted by drawing deformation process curve and regression analysis,and settlement amount and settlement rate are compared with limit value.Vertical displacement deformation of buildings during construction is within allowable range until all construction procedures are completed,and no obvious displacement and settlement occur in surrounding environment of foundation pit and buildings.Therefore,the vertical displacement deformation of building is safe and stable during construction.The design scheme and construction method of this project are reliable and reasonable.
