摘　　要：与传统的明挖埋管施工技术相比,顶管技术以其施工影响面小,对道路的破坏小,交通疏解难度低,对居民生活的负面影响小等特点,逐步在市政排水管网中得到大力发展,目前已普遍应用于各类管网施工中。顶管工程中居较为特殊的主要为穿河、穿路顶管施工,一般需设置套管以确保施工安全,同时在跨河,跨路段,由于特殊情况限制,往往只能在河道或道路两侧设置顶管井,单段管道长度一般较长,如出现问题,后期维修难度较大,故对管道施工质量要求相对较高。在这样的背景下,安全、高效、快速的顶管内套管安装施工工艺成为套管施工研究的重点。Compared with traditional open-cut and buried pipe construction technology,pipe jacking technology has the characteristics of small construction impact,small damage to roads,low difficulty in traffic evacuation and small negative impact on the lives of residents.It is gradually developed in municipal drainage network and has been widely used in various pipeline construction.The special pipe jacking construction in pipe jacking engineering is mainly the construction of pipe jacking crossing the river and the pipe jacking crossing the road.In general,sleeve piping is required to ensure construction safety.In cross-river and cross-road section,pipe jacking wells can only be set on both sides of the river or road.The length of a single section of pipeline is generally long.If problems occur,it will be difficult to maintain in the later period.Therefore,the requirement for pipeline construction quality is relatively high.Under such background,safe,efficient and fast installation technology of jacking inner sleeve has become the focus of casing construction research.
