摘　　要：“三标”管理体系(即质量管理体系ISO9000、环境管理体系ISO14000、职业健康安全管理体系OHSAS18000,以下简称体系)进入中国二十余年,而且已转换为国标。公司作为早期引入“三标”管理体系的建筑施工企业并运行多年,根据近几年在公司项目监察过程中对“三标”体系运行情况的了解掌握,分析当前体系运用过程中存在的一些问题,从体系的基本内涵层面提出了一些见解,希望能给体系运用对象提供一种思考维度,切实帮助其提升管理效率、效能。Three-Standard management system(ISO9000,ISO14000 and OHSAS18000)has been in China for more than 20 years and has been converted into national standard.The company is a construction enterprise that introduced Three-Standard management system in the early stage and has operated for many years.According to the understanding and mastery of the operation of Three-Standard system in the process of project supervision of the company in recent years,this paper analyses some problems existing in the application of the current system and puts forward some opinions from the basic connotation level of the system.Hopefully,it can provide a thinking dimension for the objects to be used in the system and really help them improve management efficiency and efficiency.
