摘　　要：制造型企业中研发部门的生产配方管理和生产部门的原料投料管理是两个重要环节,一些中小型企业存在高价值配方成果留存不全,断层、丢失、甚至泄密或被盗,以及原料投料重量误差范围较大等问题.文章的工业原料配方和计重管理系统,用来辅助制造型企业对各种工业原材料配方和备料计重进行精细化管理,并对整个配方过程和计重过程进行跟踪和追溯.系统以用户为中心,敏捷、易用,由基于PC端的工业原料配方管理软件和基于Android移动终端的工业原料计重管理APP两部分组成.In manufacturing enterprises,the production formulation management of the research and development department and the raw material feeding management of the production department are two important parts.Some small and medium-sized enterprises have problems such as incomplete retention,discontinuity,loss,or even leakage or theft of the high-value formulation results,and wide error margins of raw material feeding weighing.In this paper,the management system of industrial raw material formulation and weighing is used to assist manufacturing enterprises to carry out delicacy management of various industrial raw material formulation and material preparation weighing,and to track and trace the whole formulation process and weighing process.The system is user-centered,agile and easy to use.It is composed of two parts:the software of industrial raw material formulation management based on PC terminal and the APP of industrial raw material weighing management based on Android mobile terminal.
