广东省普通高校排球师资队伍建设的现状与对策

摘　　要：为了进一步了解广东省普通高校排球师资队伍建设的现状,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法以及数理统计法对广东省23所普通高校排球教师的年龄、学历、职称、教学、科研、训练、裁判、运动水平以及进修状况进行调查研究.结果显示:广东省普通高校排球师资队伍年龄结构较合理,但还存在一些有待解决的问题,如学历结构和职称结构较不合理,教学工作量较大,科研能力有待提升等,针对问题提出相应对策,为广东省普通高校排球师资队伍建设提供参考.In order to further understand the current situation of the construction of volleyball teachers in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province,factors including the age,educational background,professional title,teaching,scientific research,training,refereeing,sports level and further study of volleyball teachers in 23 colleges and universities in Guangdong Province were investigated by means of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics.The results have shown that the age structure of volleyball teachers in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province is reasonable,but there are still some problems to be solved,such as unreasonable academic structure and professional title structure,large teaching workload,and scientific research ability to be improved.The corresponding countermeasures are then put forward to provide reference for the construction of volleyball teachers in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province.
