摘　　要：以提升配电网经济运行为目标的配网建设管理进行探讨,首先总结配网建设管理具有的实践价值;其次阐述配网建设管理的有关经济指标,以明确实施配网建设管理的侧重点;最后将进度管理、投资管理、运维管理、安全管理等四方面作为切入点,提出关于配网建设管理的建议,以期实现配电网经济运行的目标,带动电力行业的整体发展与进步。The article discusses the distribution network construction management with the goal of improving the economic operation of the distribution network.Firstly,it summarizes the practical value of the distribution network construction management,and then elaborates the relevant economic indicators of the distribution network construction management to clarify the focus of the implementation of the distribution network construction management.Finally,four aspects including schedule management,investment management,operation and maintenance management,and safety management are taken as entry points,and suggestions on the construction and management of distribution network are put forward,in order to achieve the goal of economic operation of the distribution network and drive the overall development and progress of the power industry.
