摘  要:对液氢温区基于铅蓄冷的温控装置进行了设计与实验研究。使用冷头温度波动抑制的一维传热方程,讨论了不同材料的衰减比对冷头温度波动抑制效果的影响。搭建了一个液氢温区使用固体铅进行蓄冷以抑制制冷机温度波动的装置。温度抑制实验结果表明,在20 K时,铅蓄冷装置可将制冷机二级冷头温度波动由±300 mK降低到±0.45 mK。实验结果表明,在液氢温区,使用固体介质作蓄冷介质,能够有效地抑制制冷机二级冷头的温度波动。A temperature control device based on lead storage in liquid hydrogen temperature zone is designed and experimentally studied in this paper.The effect of the attenuation ratio of different materials on the effect of the one-dimensional heat transfer equation of the cooling head temperature fluctuation suppression is discussed.A device based on solid lead in liquid hydrogen temperature zone to restrain temperature fluctuation of refrigerator is set up.The results of temperature suppression experiment show that the temperature fluctuation of the secondary cooling head of the refrigerator can be changed by the lead storage device from±300 mK to±0.45 mK at 20 K.The experimental results show that the temperature fluctuation of the secondary cooling head of the refrigerator can be effectively suppressed by using solid lead as the storage medium in the liquid hydrogen temperature region.
