摘 要:为了提高制冷循环中凝结换热效率,降低节流损失,提出一种直接接触凝结换热与喷射引射结合的新型制冷循环(EDCC)。通过建立动态仿真计算模型对系统进行热力计算,并与直接接触冷凝制冷循环(DCC)及复叠制冷循环进行性能对比,结果表明:EDCC制冷循环COP受蒸发温度影响较大,效率和喷射器最佳混合温度受主循环冷凝温度影响较大,在蒸发温度为-30℃的最佳混合温度下COP为2.54,效率为23.7%。对比结果表明:EDCC制冷循环性能明显提升,在蒸发温度为-35℃时,较DCC制冷循环和复叠制冷循环COP分别提高6.12%,8.36%,同时降低了蒸发器内R290的充注量,可以提高系统安全性。In order to improve the condensation heat transfer efficiency and reduce the expansion loss in the refrigeration cycle,a new type of direct contact condensation refrigeration cycle(EDCC)using ejector and direct contact condensation was proposed.The thermodynamic calculation model was established to analyze the thermodynamic performance of EDCC refrigeration cycle,and the performance of EDCC refrigeration cycle was compared with the direct contact condensation refrigeration cycle(DCC)and the cascade refrigeration cycle.The results show that the COP of the EDCC refrigeration cycle is greatly affected by the evaporation temperature,the exergy efficiency and the optimal mixing temperature of the ejector are greatly affected by the condensation temperature of the main cycle.When the evaporation temperature is-30℃,the COP at the optimal mixing temperature is 2.54,and the exergy efficiency is 23.7%.The cycle performance comparison results show that the performance of the EDCC refrigeration cycle is significantly improved,when the evaporation temperature is-35℃,compared with the DCC refrigeration cycle and the cascade refrigeration cycle,the COP increases by 6.12%and 8.36%respectively.At the same time,EDCC refrigeration cycle can reduce the charge of R290 in the evaporator and improve the safety of the system.
