摘 要:针对低温连接器结冰可能影响脱落的故障模式,在连接器低温表面开展防结冰涂层的应用技术研究,通过阻隔低温表面与冰层直接接触,以降低连接器表面的冰层附着力和破冰阻力,进而减小结冰对低温连接器脱落的影响。设计了多种防结冰表面涂层方案,并开展试验对比,测量得到各方案的接触角、滚动角、结冰时间及冰层附着力等参数。试验结果对比表明,7015低温脂涂层具有疏水性且冰层附着力小,更适合低温连接器使用工况,也为7015低温脂涂层实际应用于连接器提供了依据。In view of the failure mode that the icing of cryogenic connector may affect the falling off,the application technology of anti-icing coating on the cryogenic surface of connectors was studied,whicn through blocking the direct contact between the cryogenic surface and the ice,to reduce the ice adhesion and ice-breaking resistance on the surface of connectors,and further to the influence of icing on the falling off of low-temperature connectors was reduced.A variety of antiicing surface coating schemes were designed,and experimental comparisons were carried out to measure the contact angle,rolling angle,freezing time and ice adhesion of each scheme.The comparison of the test results shows that 7015 low temperature grease coating has hydrophobicity and low ice adhesion,which is more suitable for the use of cryogenic connector,and also provides a basis for the actual application of 7015 low temperature grease coating in connectors.
