摘　　要：目的调查社区老年糖尿病患者健康赋权与安全感现状及其关系。方法采用分层随机抽样法对330名社区老年人进行问卷调查。问卷包括一般资料调查表、老年慢性病患者健康赋权量表和安全感量表。利用Pearson相关分析和多元线性逐步回归分析方法探讨健康赋权与安全感之间的关系。结果社区老年糖尿病患者健康赋权得分为(3.22±0.51)分,安全感得分为(2.87±0.46)分,二者呈显著正相关(r=0.428,P<0.01),安全感可正向预测健康赋权水平(β′=0.373,P<0.001)。结论社区老年糖尿病患者健康赋权处于中等水平,安全感处于中等偏下水平,应采取针对性措施增加老年人安全感,从而提高其健康赋权能力。Objective To study the current status and relationship between health empowerment and security of elderly diabetic patients in the community.Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to select the el-derly in the community and questionnaire were used to investigate.The questionnaire included general information,health empowerment scale for elderly patients with chronic diseases and security scale.Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis were used to study the relationship between health empowerment and security.Results The score of health empowerment in elderly diabetic patients was(3.22±0.51),the score of security was(2.87±0.46).There was a significant positive correlation between them(r=0.428,P<0.01),and security could positively predict the level of health empowerment(β′=0.373,P<0.001).Conclusion The health empowerment of elderly diabetic patients in the community is at a medium level,and the sense of security is at the bottom of the middle,so targeted measures should be taken to increase the security of the elderly,so as to improve their ability of health empowerment.
