摘　　要：目的分析新疆地区居民自评健康状况及其影响因素,为新疆居民的健康促进工作提供数据依据及建议。方法按照分层和方便抽样的方法于2018年抽取3387名社区居民,应用许军等研制的自测健康评定量表评定新疆居民的健康自测状况。结果不同性别的生理健康得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度的生理健康、心理健康、社会健康得分及量表总分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同民族、职业及收入的生理健康得分及量表总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无慢性病、锻炼频率增加、近两周没有病伤、荤素均衡、收入水平提高、荤食这些因素有利于更好的自测健康。结论在提升和改善自测健康方面,要关注特殊人群,大力开展健康教育,促使居民改变不良的行为生活方式。Objective By analyzing the self-rated health status and its influencing factors of Xinjiang residents,this paper provides data basis and suggestions for health promotion of Xinjiang residents.Methods According to stratified and convenient sampling method,3387 community residents were selected in 2018,and the self-rated health assessment scale developed by Jun Xu,et al was used to evaluate the self-rated health status of Xinjiang residents.Results There were significant differences in physical health scores of different genders(P<0.05).The scores of physical health,mental health,social health and the total score of the scale of different ages,marital status and educational levels were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical health and the total score of scale of different nationalities,occupations and incomes were statistically significant(P<0.05).No chronic disease,increasing frequency of exercise,no disease or injury in the past two weeks,balance of meat and vegetable,increase of income level and meat food were conducive to better self-rated health.Conclusion In the aspect of promoting and improving self-rated health,we should pay attention to special groups and health education should be vigorously carried out to encourage residents to change their unhealthy behaviors and lifestyles.
