固定式开关柜回路电阻测试的效率提升研究

摘  要:在固定式开关柜这种狭窄的环境中,接线不便会对开关柜回路电阻测试的效率和准确度、人员和设备的安全产生影响。为解决这一问题,笔者研制了真空式吸盘接线接头。先根据开关柜内空间的大小、接线排的宽度制订了接线接头的总体结构;根据3种接线方式进行接线柱的设计,再选择材料,最后对接线接头进行了现场测试。研究结果表明,研制的接线接头符合相关绝缘等安全标准,能提高固定式开关柜回路电阻测试的效率、准确度,保障试验过程中人员和设备的安全,从而减少对外停电时间和用工成本。In order to solve the influence of inconvenient wiring in the narrow fixed switch cabinet on the test efficiency and accuracy of the circuit resistance of it as well as the safety of the personnel and equipment,a vacuum sucker wiring connector is developed.Firstly,the overall structure of the connector is formulated according to the space of the switch cabinet and the width of the connection row.Then,the wiring terminal is designed according to three modes of wiring.After the material is selected,the filed test of the wiring connector is carried out.The results show that the connector can meet the safety standards of insulation,improve the test efficiency and accuracy of the circuit resistance of the fixed switch cabinet,and ensure the safety of the personnel and equipment during the test.Therefore,it can reduce the time of external power failures as well as labor costs.
