健康中国战略下中医药人才传承能力培养的思考

摘　　要：在"健康中国"成为国家战略的新时代,人民对健康有了更高的追求。在维护群众健康方面,中医药的优势还未能充分发挥,与中医药人才的传承能力培养较为薄弱息息相关。中医药院校要理清中医药人才传承能力培养的意义,明确传承能力培养的思路和原则,以更好地发挥中医药在"健康中国"战略中的作用,促进中医药高等教育回归初心,培养具有中医药原创思维的中医药人才,推进中医药的传承发展。In the new era of"Healthy China"has becoming a national strategy,the people have a higher pursuit for health.In terms of safeguarding the people’s health,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine have not yet been fully played,which is closely related to the relatively weak ability to cultivate traditional Chinese medicine talents.Colleges and universities of Chinese medicine should clarify the significance of cultivating the inheritance ability of Chinese medicine talents,clear the ideas and principles of cultivating the ability of inheritance,which can better play the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the"Healthy China"strategy,promote the higher education of Chinese medicine returning to original intention,train talents of Chinese medicine with original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,and promote the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.
