摘  要:目的探究和解法治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎处方的用药规律,为今后中医防疫治疫工作提供参考。方法基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5),构建和解法治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的数据库,运用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,分析和解法治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎处方中的常用药物,药物核心组合及新处方。结果共筛选出符合标准的文献298篇,收集到和解法治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的104条处方记录,包含160味中药,常用药物如半夏,黄芩,柴胡,茯苓等;分析得出药物核心组合18个,如半夏-黄芩,黄芩-柴胡等;挖掘出新处方2个。结论和解法治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的核心方剂为小柴胡汤,以三阳同病,治以少阳为原则,扶正祛邪,肺脾胃同调,对于治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎确有疗效。Objective To explore and solve the medication rule of new coronavirus pneumonia prescription,so as to provide reference for future Chinese medicine epidemic prevention and treatment work.Methods Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform software(V2.5),the database of new coronavirus pneumonia was constructed and solved.The commonly used drugs,core combinations and new prescriptions of new coronavirus pneumonia prescription were analyzed and solved by software integration data mining method.Results A total of 298 articles were selected.104 prescriptions were collected and treated for new coronavirus pneumonia,including 160 Chinese herbs,commonly used drugs such as pinellia ternata,scutellaria baicalensis,bupleurum,poria cocos,etc.the 18 core combinations were identified,such as pinellia ternate,scutellaria baicalensis,radix scutellariae and bupleurum,and two new prescriptions were found.Conclusion The core prescription for treating new coronavirus pneumonia is Xiaochaihu Decoction.It is based on the principle of"Sanyang"and"Shaoyang".It is effective in treating new coronavirus pneumonia.
