利多卡因表麻耳内镜下碳酸氢钠联合洁尔阴耳浴治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨利多卡因表麻耳内镜下碳酸氢钠联合洁尔阴耳浴在真菌性外耳道炎患者中的效果。方法选取2020年1月~2021年1月收治的120例真菌性外耳道炎患者,按随机数表法分为对照组(60例)、治疗组(60例)。对照组予以传统治疗,治疗组予以利多卡因表麻外耳道后,施以碳酸氢钠联合洁尔阴洗液治疗,连续用药1个月,并随访3个月。对比两组临床疗效、不良反应、复发情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为95.00%,较对照组的83.33%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率、复发率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于利多卡因表麻耳内镜下使用碳酸氢钠联合洁尔阴洗液在真菌性外耳道炎患者中效果确切,能够改善其耳痛等状况,减少不良反应,且复发风险低,安全可行。Objective To investigate the effect of sodium bicarbonate combined with Jieeryin ear bath under lidocaine topical anaesthesia ear endoscope in patients with fungal external otitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with fungal otitis external treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(60 cases)and the treatment group(60 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given traditional treatment.The treatment group was given lidocaine surface anesthesia of external auditory canal,sodium bicarbonate combined with Jieeryin lotion treatment,continuous medication for 1 month,and follow-up for 3 months.Clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group.There was a statistical difference(P<0.05);The incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of sodium bicarbonate combined with Jieeryin lotion under lidocaine surface ear endoscopy has a definite effect in patients with fungal otitis external,which can improve their conditions such as earache and reduce adverse reactions,and has a low risk of recurrence,which is safe and feasible.
