摘　　要：目的对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清微小RNA-210的临床检测意义进行探讨。方法对确诊的45例ACS(ACS组)和51例稳定性心绞痛(SCAD组)患者施行冠状动脉造影术。采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)定量检测血清miR-210表达水平,对miR-210表达与临床各项指标的相关性进行分析,ACS的诊断价值采用ROC曲线分析miR-210表达水平。结果①ACS组血清miR-210水平和hs-CRP水平高于SCAD组(P<0.05);②相关性分析显示,ACS组和SCAD组患者血浆miR-210与hs-CRP、LDL-C水平均呈正相关(r=0.251,P=0.014;r=0.338,P=0.001);③miR-210的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.800,miR-210截断值为7.45时,其灵敏度为68.9%,特异性为86.3%;④多元线性回归分析显示,只有hs-CRP与miR-210显著相关。结论血清miRNA-210与炎症水平相关,且对早期诊断ACS有一定的临床意义。Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum microRNA-210 in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods Coronary angiography was performed on 45 confirmed ACS(ACS group)and 51 stable angina pectoris(SCAD group)patients.The expression level of serum miR-210 was quantitatively detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).Analyze the correlation between the expression of miR-210 and various clinical indicators.The diagnostic value of ACS can be analyzed by ROC curve.Results①The levels of serum miR-210 and hs-CRP in the ACS group were higher than those in the SCAD group(P<0.05);②Correlation analysis showed that the plasma miR-210 was positively correlated with hs-CRP and LDL-C levels in the ACS group and SCAD group(r=0.251,P=0.014;r=0.338,P=0.001);③The area under the ROC curve(AUC)of miR-210 was 0.800 and the cutoff value of miR-210 was 7.45,the sensitivity was 68.9%,and the specificity was 86.3%;④Multiple linear regression analysis shows that only hs-CRP and miR-210 was significantly correlated.Conclusion Serum miRNA-210 is related to the level of inflammation and has certain clinical significance for the early diagnosis of ACS.
