摘　　要：关工委是深入推进高校"三全育人"、组织开展大学生革命传统教育的重要协同力量和鲜活"校本"资源。历史是最好的教科书,也是最好的清醒剂。"三全育人"背景下关工委参与开展大学生革命传统教育,具有独特的政治优势、威望优势和经验优势,有利于提升协同育人效果。高校应重视关工委参与开展大学生革命传统教育的价值,注重开发老干部、老战士、老专家、老教师、老模范等校本革命教育资源,激发他们在关心培养下一代工作中的使命感和主体性。关工委要当好政治生活指导员、革命精神宣讲员和校园文化培育员,积极参与到大学生党建、社会主义核心价值观宣讲、革命实践教育以及校园文化建设等各项活动中,以自身正能量助力大学生的个性成长与全面发展。The Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation is an important synergistic force and fresh“school-based”resource for in-depth promotion of the“Three Aspects of Education”in colleges and universities, and for organizing and carrying out the revolutionary tradition education of college students. History is the best textbook and the best sober.Under the background of “Three Aspects of Education”, the Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation has unique political advantages, prestige advantages, and experience advantages when participating in implementing the revolutionary tradition education of college students, which is conducive to enhancing the effect of collaborative education. Colleges and universities should pay attention to the value of the participation of the Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation in the revolutionary tradition education of college students, and focus on the development of school-based revolutionary education resources such as veteran cadres, veterans, experts, teachers, and old models, so as to inspire their sense of mission and subjectivity in the work of caring for the next generation. The Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation should be a good political life instructor, revolutionary spirit lecturer and campus culture fosterer, and actively participate in various activities such as college students’ Party building, socialist core value promotion,revolutionary practice education, and campus culture construction, and use its own positive energy to help the personality growth and all-round development of college students.
