摘　　要：经济全球化与网络技术的迅猛发展,为一些不良思想文化和有害信息的传播提供了极大的便利,进一步加强大学生思想政治教育已刻不容缓。高校图书馆作为深受大学生喜爱的第二课堂,是开展思想政治教育工作的重要阵地。通过对新时代环境下高校图书馆大学生思想政治教育工作中存在的问题进行全面深入的探析和思考,并在此基础上从理论体系、思想理念、资源优势、管理制度、馆员队伍及文化环境等方面,提出加强和改善高校图书馆大学生思想政治教育工作的可行性建议。Economic globalization and the rapid development of Internet technology greatly facilitate the spread of some bad ideas, culture and harmful information. Therefore, it is urgent to further strengthen the ideological and political education of college students. As the second classroom favored by college students, the library is an important position to carry out ideological and political education. Some feasible suggestions are put forward to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students in university libraries from the aspects of theoretical system, ideology, resource advantage, management system, librarian team and cultural environment, on this basis of the comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the ideological and political education of college students in university libraries in the new era environment.
