摘 要:钙钛矿型氧化物钛酸钡,具有高介电常数,优异的铁电与压电性,被用作多层陶瓷电容器的基础原料。然而,由于纯BaTiO_(3)陶瓷介电常数在居里温度(T_(c)≈125℃)附近变化剧烈,其高温电容量稳定性差,难以满足X9R型介电材料性能稳定的要求。近年来,科研人员通过形成多元固溶体和添加掺杂剂,显著提高了BaTiO_(3)基介电材料的高温稳定性。首先综述了钛酸钡基X9R型陶瓷电容器介电材料的研究现状,再阐述了掺杂剂对介电性能的影响机理。最后,对该介电材料的未来发展方向进行了展望。Barium titanate is of an AB0_(3) perovskite structure which used as the basic material for Multilayer ceramic capacitors with high dielectric constant,excellent ferroelectric and piezoelectric.However,the poor high temperature stability of pure BaTiO_(3) ceramics is difficult to meet the requirement of temperature-stable ability of X9R dielectric materials as a result of the dramatic variation in the permittivity of BaTiO_(3) ceramics around the Curie temperature(Tc≈125℃).In recent years,with the development of forming solid solutions and adding dopants,the high-temperature stability of BaTiO_(3)-based ceramic have been improved significantly.Recent developments are reviewed in the search for BaTiO_(3)-based ceramics which can meet the X9R specifications.The influence mechanism of dopant on dielectric properties is expounded.Finally,the future development direction of this material is forecasted.
