摘　　要：采用非水解溶胶-凝胶(NHSG)法制备了镁稳定化钛酸铝纤维,借助XRD、SEM和FT-IR等测试手段研究了镁源种类对钛酸铝溶胶可纺性、纤维制备效果、钛酸铝合成效果和稳定化效果的影响。结果表明:相对于氟化镁或醋酸镁而言,乙醇镁对钛酸铝溶胶的可纺性影响最小、掺杂稳定化效果最优,其根源在于乙醇镁可与钛、铝缩聚中间产物进一步缩聚反应,形成Mg-O-Ti和Mg-O-Al键合。Magnesium stabilized aluminum titanate fibers were synthesized via non-hydrolyzed sol-gel method.The effects of magnesium sources on the spinnability of aluminum titanate sol,fiber preparation and stabilization effects were investigated via XRD,SEM and FT-IR.The results shows that magnesium ethoxide has the best stabilization effect compared with magnesium fluoride or anhydrous magnesium acetate.The fundamental reason is that magnesium ethoxide can react with the polycondensation intermediate products of aluminum and titanium precursors undergo further nonhydrolytic heteropolymeric polycondensation to form Mg-0-Ti and Mg-0-A1 bonds.
