摘 要:采用压制成型法制备粉煤灰基地质聚合物材料,主要研究了微波养护制度对样品强度的影响,并对样品进行了XRD、SEM及FTIR表征。结果表明:在低、中、高三种功率连续阶梯式养护制度下,样品的抗折强度先增大后减小,最大值为养护至4 h的29.73 MPa。采用中功率方式养护,样品的抗折强度随养护时间的延长呈先增大后减小的规律,在15 min时抗折强度有最大值,为29.69 MPa,样品显微结构由致密变疏松,之后会形成裂纹。代表缩聚反应的红外峰位置从高波数向低波数方向移动,然后又回到高波数位置,结构中会形成新的针状沸石相,能够改善样品的抗折强度。Fly ash based geopolymer materials were pressed by using fly ash and slag.Effect of microwave curing schedule on the bending strengths of the samples was studied and XRD,SEM and FTIR were employed to characterize the microstructure and phases of the samples.The results show that the bending strengths of the samples increase first and then decrease at the continuous stepped curing schedule with low,medium and liigh power.The maximum bending strength value of the sample is 29.73 MPa after curing to 4 hours.The bending strengths of the samples first increase and then decrease with the extension of the curing time under the single medium power curing schedule.The maximum bending strength of the sample is 29.69 MPa when curing for 15 minutes.The microstructure of the samples changes from dense to loose and then cracks will appear.The infrared peak position representing the polycondensation reaction moves from high wavenumber to low direction,and then returns to high position again.A new needle-shaped zeolite phase is formed in the structure which can improve the bending strength of the sample.
