摘 要:明清时期,景德镇御窑厂制瓷工艺臻于完美,瓷器名品倍出,巧夺天工。御窑的辉煌不仅得益于景德镇得天独厚的自然资源,也离不开几个世纪匠人的孜孜以求,更仰赖于宫廷对制瓷工艺近乎严苛的追求。景德镇制瓷业工艺程序繁多,史称“过手七十二,方克成器”,而精妙高超的装烧用具及其工艺正是烧造过程中极为重要的一个方面,集中反映了御窑生产的严谨和科学。本文从景德镇明清官窑遗址龙珠阁附近出土的众多御窑装烧垫具入手,通过详细剖析其形制、结构、沿革和使用方式,比对其与传世器物的相互关系,深入考察景德镇御窑明清时期装烧工艺的细节,以此了解垫烧具对景德镇传统瓷艺的影响,补充明清御窑产品的完整面貌。During the Ming and Qing dynasties,Jingdezhen imperial kiln reached the perfection of porcelain making technology and produced many famous porcelain products.The splendor of the imperial kiln not only benefited from the unique natural resources of Jingdezhen,but also depended on the painstaking efforts of the craftsmen for centuries,and more on the court's rigorous pursuit of porcelain making technology.Jingdezhen porcelain industry has a variety of processes,known as “seventy-two passing hands,just can implements”in history,and the exquisite and superb installation and firing tools and their techniques are an extremely important aspect in the firing process,which reflects the rigor and science of imperial kiln production.From Jingdezhen kiln sites in Ming and Qing dynasties have been unearthed near Dragon pavilion of many imperial kiln burn pad with starting,through detailed analysis of the shape,structure,evolution and use ways,comparing it with the relationship of the objects handed down from ancient times,Jingdezhen imperial kiln during the Ming and Qing dynasties study the details of the burning process,in order to understand the impact of mat with burning of Jingdezhen traditional ceramics,replenish complete features of Ming and Qing dynasties imperial kiln products.
