摘 要:通过应用反井钻机成井方法和下向大直径深孔爆破技术,改进采矿工艺,将新生装备和技术融合,发挥“1+1+1>3”的综合效应,诞生了反井钻机成井联合下向大直径深孔分次爆破扩槽技术,并成功、成熟应用,从根本上解决了分段、阶段空场采矿法中切割槽回采难题,彻底推进该类采矿方法迈入全机械化时代,实现高机械装备化、高生产效率和本质安全化。对反井钻机成井联合下向大直径深孔分次爆破扩槽技术在分段、阶段空场采矿法中的技术升级演变和实践应用进行分析总结,提炼和丰富采矿工艺技术,促进我国井下采矿技术不断发展。Mining process was improved through mine making by raise-boring machine and downward large diameter deep hole blasting technology,the new equipments are combining with technologies,the comprehensive effect of“1+1+1>3”can be played,therefore,groove enlargement technology on joint downward large diameter deep hole subdivision blasting by raise boring machine was bore,we can apply it skillfully,it's fundamentally solved the problems of extraction in cutting groove by segmented,stage open stope mining,full mechanization era of the mining method was completely promoted,it realized high mechanical equipment,high productivity and essential safety.It is analyzed and summarized the technology upgrading and practical application of groove enlargement technology on joint downward large diameter deep hole subdivision blasting by raise boring machine on segmented,stage open stope mining,therefore the mining process is improved and enriched,it can promote constant development of underground mining technology in China.
