摘 要:对含锡品位6%的粗精矿,分别开展了“除硫浮选-锡石浮选-摇床重选”及“除硫浮选-摇床重选”两种精选工艺试验;锡精矿品位提高2.498个百分点,回收率降低8.50个百分点;合格锡富中矿品位提高1.927个百分点,回收率提高12.39个百分点;锡总回收率提高3.89个百分点为96.26%,尾矿品位降低0.882%为0.236%,处理每吨锡粗精矿提高效益0.0072万元。试验研究为锡粗精矿精选工艺提供了较好的技术路线,具有推广应用前景。Two kinds of cleaning process test that“sulfur removal flotation-cassiterite flotation-table concentrator gravity separation”and“sulfur removal flotation-table concentrator gravity separation”was carried out for rough concentrate with 6%tin grade;therefore the grade of tin concentrate was increased by 2.498%,the recovery rate was decreased by 8.50%;the grade of qualified tin rich-middle ore was increased by 1.927%,the recovery rate was increased by 12.39%;the total recovery rate of tin was increased from 3.89%to 96.26%,the tailings grade was decreased from 0.882%to 0.236%,the benefit for each ton tin rough concentrate was increased by¥72 RMB.The experimental study provide better technical route to cleaning process of tin rough concentrate,it has a bright future of application and dissemination.
